Jason brings over 20 years of human resources experience with a broad range of organizations from Fortune 500 corporations to small privately-owned companies. He has deep expertise in the areas of Organizational Design, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employment Law Compliance, and HR Processes and Policies.

Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He has several professional certifications in Human Resources, Facilitation, and Leadership Development.
