What is Insights Discovery?

Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple four color model to help people understand their work style and preferences.

Insights Discovery allows you to learn and discover more about yourself, learn how to recognize and appreciate the differences in others, and learn to adapt your style to work more effectively with others. Each participant receives an individual, customized report that includes communication preferences, management style, motivation and the ideal environment, strengths and weaknesses, and suggestions for personal development.
