About Lambert HR Solutions
Lambert HR Solutions was founded by Jason Lambert, a former Global Head of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development. His career was shaped by his initial 15+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, working closely with leaders at all levels of the organization.
Jason brings a global perspective having led teams and facilitated workshops across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. His experience spans the Technology, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Non-Profit sectors, providing a deep understanding of organizational dynamics in diverse environments.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is certified in Insights, DiSC, GlobeSmart, and Harrison Assessments, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
